- In Depth knowledge of sales in the HGV & LCV market.
- Proven expereince in building and leading a successful team
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet goals
- An Innovative mindset with the ability to devise and implement improvement initiatives
- Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised in both new and existing markets
- Managing relationships with brand partners and where appropriate with key customers
- Working closely with the marketing manager to ensure products are marketed to maximise sales
- Strategically assess sales processes to ensure they are continually reviewed and refined
- Ensure adequate supply of new and used retail stock to achieve monthly sales objectives
