£48,000, Burgess Hill (outskirts), 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm, holiday, pension, parkingThe RoleDue to continued growth and expansion plans, a UK leading provider of breakdown recovery and repair has an exciting opportunity for a workshop-based HGV Mechanic to join their team. Working as part of a well-established workshop team on their site on the outskirts of Burgess Hill, the HGV Technician will be responsible for working on the company's fleet of recovery vehicles for all forms of repair, inspection and servicing.Working on a range of vehicles from cars to 44 tonne HGV recovery vehicles (Renault, Volvo, Iveco, Mercedes Benz)Fault finding and diagnosing a wide range of faultsProviding high quality repairs on all vehiclesService and MOT on a wide range of vehiclesAttending vehicle breakdowns where appropriate (use of company van provided)RequirementsWe would expect the successful HGV Mechanic to have 3+ years' experience in a similar position. Customer Service is at the forefront of our client's values, and as such you will have great communication skills. It is expected that HGV Technicians will have their own tools and safety boots. Due to the rural company location, you will need your own transport to get to and from work.Company InformationOur client are a leading automotive breakdown and recovery firm with sites across the south of England.
