Job Description
Requirements of our HGV Mechanic
Minimum of 1 year experience
Ability to use necessary diagnostic equipment for HGV / LGV vehicles
Work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
Ensure that workshop standards are maintained at all times including the use of special and personal tools
Responsibilities of our HGV Mechanic
Routine inspections of HGV vehicles
PSV preparation
Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical Fault finding & Diagnostics
Pre-planned servicing
Tachograph Calibrations (desirable)
HGV Class 1 desirable but not essential.
