About the role

Cropmech is a Family operated business looking to recruit a HGV Mechanic to carry out maintenance and repair work to its fleet of 25 lorries some artic & some rigid vehicles.The fleet consists of Volvo, Scania, Mercedes & Iveco with Fruehauf & STAS tipping trailers.This is a new position. Historically our maintenance work has been carried out by 3rd parties, but as we look to expand the fleet we are looking to take some of this work back in house.There will be a brand new workshop constructed, consisting of full length inspection pit, brake tester, tyre changer and diagnostic equipment.Potential of a works van aswell.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £18.00-£24.00 per hourExpected hours: 39 – 60 per weekWork Location: In personBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingOn-site parking
