Job Description

Do you have experience within fleet administration and insurance related queries including General Motor, Thermal, Faulty Workmanship and Employers/Public/Product Liability?

We are recruiting for an Insurance Administrator to join our team on a part time, 12 month fixed term contract. This role would be a maximum of 20 hours across the week and we can be flexible on the days these are worked across.

Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your location of work accordingly.

In this role you will:

  • Completed monthly reviews of open insurance cases with our legal team and insurers
  • Update our in hours systems while recording and filing related documents and correspondence
  • Act as the central point of contact for all insurance related queries including General Motor, Thermal, Faulty Workmanship and Employers/Public/Product Liability

In order to perform this role effectively, you will have a clear understanding of insurance contracts, (Including coverage, exclusions, claims processing, brokering, etc) and insurance related matters, while maintaining a high level of written and verbal communication. You can work on your own as well as in a team environment and not be afraid to make informed business decisions.
