IVECO – Administration SupervisorLocation: IVECO, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 3QP On Site Salary: Competitive + Benefits! Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday Benefits: 25 days plus annual leave plus BH, Holiday buy and sell scheme, Employee referral scheme, Private health insurance, Pension contribution, Eye test vouchers, Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, Employee assistant programmeWe are now recruiting for an Administration Supervisor to support and supervise the IVECO administration team with delivering a variety of administration tasks, liaising with our DEKRA inspections team and acting as a main point of contact on-site for our customer.As our Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for:Supervising the Iveco administration team and conducting annual and bi-annual reviews.Pre-Return tasks, Vehicle Returns Management and Vehicle Inspections/Return Management.Vehicle Storage and Purchase Order Management.Stock Acceptance Management and KPI evaluation and reporting.Communicate with customers through regular emails and phone calls.Ordering any missing documents on the official website and systemsAnalysing the inspection reports for mistakes and identifying certain criteria’sSending the inspection reports to partners and customersInvoicing and responding to any queriesUsing and exporting reports from different ICT tools and systemEnsuring the status of vehicles is updated on the official government websiteEnsuring mileages on the system are updated.Managing and ensuring GDPR is adhered toBeing a point of escalation internally and externallyMiscellaneous AdministrationKnowledge, Experience and QualificationsSupervisory or management experienceAbility to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environmentAbility to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to facePC literate and experience in using various computer-based systemsGreat attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive dataAn excellent working knowledge of Excel and ability to manipulate dataAble to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedulesReliable with good time keeping skills.If you’re passionate about vehicles and have a great eye for detail, click "APPLY" today to send your CV for consideration.
