Contract: Full Time,
Permanent Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday

- Supervising the Iveco administration team and conducting annual and bi-annual reviews.
- Pre-Return tasks, Vehicle Returns Management and Vehicle Inspections/Return Management.
- Vehicle Storage and Purchase Order Management.
- Stock Acceptance Management and KPI evaluation and reporting.
- Communicate with customers through regular emails and phone calls.
- Ordering any missing documents on the official website and systems
- Analysing the inspection reports for mistakes and identifying certain criteria’s
- Sending the inspection reports to partners and customers
- Invoicing and responding to any queries
- Using and exporting reports from different ICT tools and system
- Ensuring the status of vehicles is updated on the official government website
- Ensuring mileages on the system are updated.
- Managing and ensuring GDPR is adhered to
- Being a point of escalation internally and externally
- Miscellaneous Administration
- Supervisory or management experience
- Ability to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to face
- PC literate and experience in using various computer-based systems
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
- An excellent working knowledge of Excel and ability to manipulate data
- Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules
- Reliable with good time keeping skills.
