Job Description
Lancashire DAF is seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our busy PDI workshop in Bamber Bridge, Preston. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine cleaning with some driving duties.
What you will be doing:
- Ensure the workshop and yard areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Manage waste disposal following ISO 14001 environmental standards
- Prioritise safety by adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Operate a forklift truck for efficient material handling
- Move vehicles within the workshop premises
- Conduct commercial vehicle road tests (HGV licence required)
- Assist with other general workshop tasks as needed
