LCV Technician Wolverhampton £14.50-£18.00We are currently looking for LCV Technicians to join our team in Wolverhampton.4 on 4 offResponsibilities:Highest possible standard of mechanical and electrical repair, preventative maintenance and modification of customer vehicles and related ancillary equipment.Responsibility for the safety of the working environment and all colleagues/persons within itWork as part of a team to maintain and build employee and customer relations to ensure the workshop operation achieves its objectives and targetsUndertake comprehensive and preventative maintenance and repair standardsCorrect fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with termsDealing professionally and proficiently with all enquiries and completing job cards and service sheets in a timely mannerUndertake diagnostic analysis where appropriateThe ideal Candidate:City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 is required, or time served as a Car or LGV Technician.Have practical understanding of using information technology and systems to deliver objectivesSafety aware and committed to a right first-time ethosExperience of working in a fast paced and demanding customer environment, with a flexible approach towards meeting the needs of the customerEnthusiastic, with the ability to work on your own initiative, remaining focused and consistent and a ‘can do’ attitudeDemonstrates commercial awareness and has a good understanding and experience of a busy workshop operating environmentDriving license.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £15.50-£18.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingSchedule:12 hour shiftWork Location: In person Midlands Truck & Van is the approved Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Commercial vehicle dealer representing the West Midlands & Shropshire areas with dealerships located in Birmingham, Coventry & Wolverhampton.
