Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a qualified, professional and competent Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team to maintain a fleet of home shopping vehicles consisting of a mix of Mercedes Sprinters, Iveco Daily’s & Maxus EV's.
Based at our workshop in Sharston, Manchester, the Light Commercial Vehicle Technicians are responsible for carrying out servicing, diagnostic testing and repairs to vans, carrying out vehicle inspections/MOT preparations and repairs.
Hours of work will be 06:00- 15:30 Monday - Friday.
Essential Requirements
- Fully qualified to City and Guilds (or equivalent) standard in light commercial vehicle maintenance,
- At least 5 years’ experience of working on light commercial vehicles preferably Mercedes or Iveco trained but not essential,
- Must be able to work on their own initiative, managing their workload, paperwork, and basic stock control,
- Flexible "can do" approach to working hours to fit the needs our customer,
- Computer Literate.
- Work wear provided.
- Overtime available to supplement your earnings.
