Location: BlackburnHours: Full Time - 37.5 hrs per weekSalary: CompetitiveAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketeer to join an award-winning Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle franchise.The Ciceley Commercials’ Marketing department is looking for the right person to join our busy marketing team to support the future growth of the business.The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and production of marketing collateral to support the promotion of all areas of the Ciceley business, Van Sales, Truck Sales, Service and Parts. Working with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive, you will need to be creative and have a real eye for detail whilst being able to work within the Mercedes-Benz, FUSO and Ciceley brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for the organisation and implementation of onsite and offsite events for the business. All marketing activity must maintain the focus of generating leads for the business.Main duties will include:Designing point of sale and print materials for all branches.Liaising with print suppliers to ensure delivery of collateral on time and to the required manufacturer standards.Organising events as required for all sites, including research into event options, arranging demo vehicles, event collateral/displays and hosting each event.Liaising with the CRM Coordinator and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure adequate promotion of events to ensure optimum success.Organising the design and supply of promotional materials for events.Writing and distributing press releases.Monitor and report on event attendance and results.Supporting the Digital Marketing Executive when required with artwork design.Adhoc marketing activities and administration to support the wider marketing team as and when required.Essential CriteriaAt least one year’s previous marketing experienceExperienced with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator and PhotoshopCopywriting experienceExperienced with Microsoft packages, including Excel.Exceptional communication skillsCreative with original ideasHard working with the ability to work under pressureEnthusiastic and dedicated approach to workWillingness to learnStrong team player whilst able to work on own initiativeAbility to multitaskStrong attention to detailOrganised work ethicDesirable CriteriaPrevious motor trade experienceEnthusiasm and interest in commercial vehiclesTo apply for this position please send a copy of your CV, a covering letter along with anything else you feel will make your application stand out.We offer:22 days holiday plus bank holidayAdditional days holiday following 5 years’ service (max 3 days)Cycle to Work SchemeFriendly team environmentAward-winning dealership that is always looking to grow and develop its people and businessBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: Monday to FridayExperience: Marketing: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person Ciceley Commercials Ltd is an award winning, Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer with sites in Blackburn, Bolton, Carlisle and Dumfries.
