As a Service Advisor for Sparshatt Truck & Van, you sit at the heart of our operation, making sure our customers get the best experience possible. You will be responsible for booking in vehicles into the workshops, working with our workshop controllers to manage the workshop loading, keeping customers up to date, and up-selling the services we offer as a Mercedes Benz dealer, whilst building relationships and delivering a first-class service.
