About the role
Rossetts Commercials are looking to recruit a certified Mercedes-Benz Van Certified Diagnostic Technician on a full-time basis to join their busy team in Worthing.Rossetts Commercials are a Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealer situated in the south-east. Covering sales through to service, we are a ‘one-stop shop’ for all commercial vehicle needs. We are dedicated to developing our staff and are passionate about promoting within.About the role:· To be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying technical problems on vehicles, working with the latest technology and special tools.· To be responsible for creating TIPS cases and liaising with the Mercedes-Benz technical team.· To undertake all duties of a commercial vehicle technician including inspecting and maintaining vehicles, replacing defective parts, carrying out repairs to engines, gearboxes, brakes and electronic systems as well as performing vehicle tests and diagnostics.· Ongoing training and development opportunities will be given in line with Mercedes-Benz standards.Hours : 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 06:00 – 16:00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day.
