WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION - MOBILE HGV FLEET TECHNICIAN
Job Description
- As Part of our Service24 Mobile Team, You will Attend, Diagnose and Repair Vehicles at Roadside.
- Carry out Safety & MOT Inspection to DVSA standards
- Carrying out repairs with defect rectification
- Troubleshooting, fault finding, liaising with controllers and management, reporting on faults to discuss rectification process
- Supporting and working with other technicians and clients
- Basic knowledge of air brakes / EBS-ABS systems and diagnostic procedures
Essential Criteria
- Previous motor vehicle technician experience
- Apprentice trained and qualified to C&G or NVQ level 3 in motor vehicle mechanics, maintenance and repair, or equivalent.
- Hardworking and the ability to work under pressure in a safe and responsible manner
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable Criteria
- Previous Commercial Vehicle experience
- Previous dealership experience
- Experience with Breakdown/Mobile Response Work
- Full driving licence
- HGV licence
