Job Description
- Customer updates and work flow through the workshop on the night shift
- Delegating work to the technicians on your shift and carrying out quality checks to their work
- The role will require someone with experience in maintaining HGV vehicles and is able to lead a small team of technicians to deliver the high standards of service we deliver to our customers.
This is a great next step for someone looking to progress to a more senior position in the workshop and learning administration skills which would lend themselves to a future workshop controller.

- Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues
- Provide comprehensive feedback with expert advice and recommendations for customers
- Liaise directly with customers, providing outstanding customer service throughout
- Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high quality manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
