Job Description
Salary: £28,350 per annum
Hours: This position is a full-time appointment with a 47.5 hour working week.
- Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries
- Serving customers on the parts counter
- Order picking of parts
- Stock control and replenishment
- liaising with the workshop and above all
- building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers
- knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline would be an advantage
The successful applicant must have:
- Previous parts department experience, ideally with a main dealer
- Technical knowledge of Vans/Trucks
- Demonstratable experience of delivering customer service to a high standard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Good IT skills, experience of working with Parts systems would be an advantage
