Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy parts department in Broxburn.This is an office-based role that requires prior knowledge and understanding of the automotive stores/parts department environment and experience in the ordering of parts, client customer service and the allocation of items to and from the shop floor. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fresh challenge with a dynamic and rapidly growing company.The working pattern is 40hrs per week, Monday - Friday and alternates between early and late shifts covering the department from 6am - 6pm. Saturday morning will also be worked on a rota basis and paid at OT rateTHE PERSONTo work within a dedicated team providing original and aftermarket parts support to a customer base of commercial vehicle operators and other small businesses.Provide parts support to our own very busy workshop.Communicate with customers to determine their requirements.Identify parts, produce quotations and supply parts required for various jobs.Accurately process customer/workshop orders as well as orders received via other AM Phillip Trucktech branches.Assist colleagues where required with goods in, parcel despatch, serving on customer counters and warehouse duties.Take part in the completion of the department’s annual stock take.COMPANY BENEFITS➡️30 days holidays per annum, plus an extra holiday on your birthday (after a years’ service)➡️Enhanced Company Pension➡️Company Life insurance policy➡️Health and Wellbeing support➡️Mortgage advice service➡️Staff discount➡️Referral programme➡️Discounts on new and used cars at our Glenford dealership.upload your CV and covering letter A.
