Our original values of personal service and commitments to our customers remain as strong as ever and we are now looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy parts team located at our Dartford Depot to support us as we continue to build for a successful future.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be:
- Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries
- Serving customers on the parts counter
- Order picking of parts
- Stock control and replenishment
- Liaising with the workshop and building relationships delivering a first-class service to our customers
Requirements:
- Previous parts department experience, ideally with a main dealer
- Technical knowledge of Vans/Trucks
- Experience of delivering customer service to a high standard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Good IT skills, experience of working with Parts systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline (Kerridge/Keyloop) would be an advantage

Salary: £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
