Job Description
Our client, a top brand Truck and Van Dealer in Northern Ireland, is seeking for a Parts Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle all customers/prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person.
Role: Parts Advisor
Salary: £24 000 - £26 000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 Saturday overtime working will be on a rotational basis; 08:00 – 12:00
Location: Dungannon
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role within the motor industry
- IT literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office and navigate parts catalogues
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- A good team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Commitment to delivering customer excellence
- Experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a dealer management system
