What you will do
- Front of House (Dealership) counter sales and dealing with customer parts queries
- Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.
- Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt.
- Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.
- Organising stock rotation and counts
- Previous Vehicle Parts experience
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally.
- To be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processes
- To be able to competently use desktop PC and associated software & systems
- 25 days holiday rising with service
