About the role
Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs is looking for the right people to join its Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle franchised business.We currently have a number of positions for experienced Automotive Parts Advisors for our Mercedes Truck parts department. We use the latest technology to ensure we deliver the right parts at the right time at the right cost to our customers.We are looking to employ experienced Parts Sales Advisors (CV) based at our maintenance hub in Grangemouth. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience sourcing and supplying commercial vehicle parts to customers.· Assist the Parts Manager and Supervisor in the creation and working environment of our newly created parts department at our Grangemouth depot and keep these standards on an ongoing basis.· Support the Service Department to offer efficient customer service.· Use of the Manufacturer systems for correct parts identification.· Work within the Manufacturer systems to ensure that the Parts Department maximizes all the returns processes.· Work as part of the parts team to ensure we are providing the best overall service to all Internal and External customers.· Maximise Retail and Workshop revenue and opportunities through parts-related sales and identifying new opportunities.· Ensure the department's robust Stock Management and housekeeping processes are adhered to keep the risk of excess and obsolescence to a minimum.· Daily and Annual stock checks to be carried out.· Goods inwards ensuring that all goods are received, checked, and stored accurately.· Support the department in other areas including deliveries additional overtime, holiday cover, etc.· Liaise with existing parts suppliers maximising discounts and receiving appropriate service levels to ensure we can deliver on our expected KPIs.· Working closely with all the departments to support the business through the integration into the Mercedes Truck parts franchise.Alltruck offers a generous basic salary and commission package with realistic earnings ranging, depending on skills, experience, and performance.Salary: Negotiable Dependant on ExperienceBenefits:Mercedes-Benz product training provided.Company pensionMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityFree parkingOn-site parkingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From £28,000.00 per yearExperience: Automotive Parts: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)Work Location: In person Alltruck Scotland is a leading commercial vehicle solutions business based in Falkirk.
