Parts Advisor – Newton AbbotSalary: Up to £13.50 per hour DOE overtime at time and a halfWorking hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 with Saturdays on a rota basis 07:30 - 12:00A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Advisor at our site in Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.What you’ll do:Source and allocate partsStock monitoringAnswer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customersTaking orders from customersEnsure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.What we need:Previous experience with partsExperience of using Kerridge/ADP preferableCustomer focused and excellent customer service at all timesExcellent relationship building with clientsIs highly organised and adaptableTeam PlayerHas a driving licence (essential)In return we’ll offer:22 days holiday + Bank holidaysCompetitive employer pensionCareer development opportunities
