An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Newton Abbot site.
This is a great chance to be part of a well-established company, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and support to both our customers and workshop team.
Salary: £13.77 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm plus a Saturday morning, all shift times are operated on a rota basis. i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
- Identify parts for the front and back counters.
- Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.
- Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.
- Process returns back to the supplier.
- Process customer credits.
- Handle warranty returns.
- Perpetual stock checking.
- Stock receipting on DMS.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
- A friendly, can do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.
- Experience working to performance targets.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.
