Parts Advisor - NorwichLocation: Norwich, GB, NR3 2BTPosition Type: Professional£15 per hour Monday to Friday - 0830hrs to 1630hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)1 in 4 Saturday morning 0700hrs to 1200hrs @ overtime (time and a half) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Volvo Truck and Bus in Norwich. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to support our busy parts department. Trainee applications are welcome — full training will be provided for the right candidate What we are looking for?For Experienced Candidates:Previous motor factor, automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle parts experienceStrong IT and administrative skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsGood organisational ability and attention to detail For Trainees:Enthusiastic and willing to learnGood communication skillsBasic IT skillsInterest in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry The roleAs a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers’ vehicles on the road.
