About the role
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join our team at our new Plymouth site.Salary: £13.77 per hourHours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00pm, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (this may move to 10pm at a later date) plus a Saturday morning, all shift times are operated on a rota basis. i.e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).Key Responsibilities:Identify parts for the front and back counters.Check off stock and accurately put away keeping the stock area tidy.Pick orders and put on the delivery shelves.Process returns back to the supplier.Process customer credits.Handle warranty returns.Perpetual stock checking.Stock receipting on DMS.Ideally we are looking for:Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.A friendly, can do attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure.Some working knowledge of the motor vehicle sector or automotive trade.Experience working to performance targets.Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.Knowledge of Autoline, Kerridge or Keyloop would be an advantage.Must be willing to work the late shift 11:00am to 8:00am on a rota basis (potentially moving to 10pm at a later date).In return we’ll offer:30 days holiday including 8 bank holidays.Company sick pay that increases with length of service.Pension with Adams Morey contribution.Career development opportunitiesQualified Mental Health First Aiders.Free mortgage advice service.Free eye tests for VDU users.On-site parking (Site Specific).
