If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.What you will doWorking Mon- Fri - 42.5 hours rotating as 07.00-16.00 and 09.00-18.00, plus Saturday mornings, currently 1 in 3 paid at overtimeService:Ensure when working on the Front of House reception that customers are greeted professionally and with a friendly manner when booking in their vehicle, relaying back costs and information from their service and inspections etc.Updating the customer throughout with timelines and costs where applicableEnsure that the service area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.Ensure the Dealer point works to the criteria laid down in the Company Health and Safety policy.Parts:Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt.Maintain an efficient filing and retrieval system.Ensure that the parts area is kept clean and tidy, and that equipment is in good condition reflecting the image of an efficient and modern Retail Dealer point.Who are you?Key Skills / Competencies Required:To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally.To work on a variety of in house systems as well as having good working knowledge/experience in Word and ExcelBring vehicle industry parts and service experienceTo be able to develop or work in developing new or enhancing existing processesTo be able to adapt and take on new skills and approaches.What’s in it for you?We offer a solid package of compensation and benefits, plus you will enjoy:Salary up to £30,000 plus overtime paid at time and a half25 days holiday rising with servicepension scheme with employer matched contribution of up to 5%healthcare cash back schemediscounts across retailers, cinemas and theme parks ++discount on Arval Contract Hire carsWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
