Job Description
Paying up to £38,000 for HGV experienced candidates plus Bonus
- To manage and motivate both the CSR's and Parts Advisors in their roles and that you all follow correct processes and procedures
- To ensure both teams follow up on enquires and provide quotes as well as being made aware of current promotions
- To ensure both teams have up to date and ongoing training to deliver a first class customer service
- To ensure yourself and the CSR's have up to date WIP information
- To ensure the parts department is tidy, that stock is labelled and stock counts processes are followed
- To ensure all returned parts are correctly dealt with, processed and credited in line with company processes.
- Substantial exposure and a successful track record in Aftersales in the Truck industry
- To supervise in an approachable and ‘lead by example’ approach
- To understand relevant systems relating to the Service Department
- Proactive approach towards customer focused initiatives and activities
- Selling and influencing others to buy additional parts
- Numerical ability to be able to work with part numbers
- To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organisation as well as external customers
