Based at RTC Bristol, Avonmouth, working 40 hours a week 08.00-16.30
Paying £11.75 pr hr
Renault Trucks Commercials is the wholly owned distributorship, offering sales, service and parts for Renault Trucks in the UK and covers a variety of areas.
To ensure customer satisfaction at all times, we want to provide an excellent Parts service by promoting customer service and ensuring quality in response to customer requirements. Therefore, the right candidate will be a brand ambassador, promoting the services of RT Bristol and able to respond in a positive manner to the changing demands of our various customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
- Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
- Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
- Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis
- Assist in the identification of customers’ parts using Current Parts Computerised system
- Participate with stock control of parts received and issued along with shelf/storage maintenance
- Promote sales of parts at all times
- Assist in Parts promotions
- Assistance in the management of parts returns, warranty returns and exchange units
The successful candidate must be evidence the following skills:
- Good computer literacy
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service skills including professional presentation
- Good organisational skills
- Numerical
- Experience in stock control and health and safety in the workplace
