About the role
Motus Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Parts Hub Manager.The Parts Hub Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the team to achieve the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service.The role also carries the responsibility for strategic planning, processes and all aspects of running a successful Trade Hub Centre.You are required to work within our parts hub department, and they are based in Witham (Essex) and Welham Green (Hertfordshire).Do you have. . .Ability to lead and motivate teams?Trade Parts Management experience?Experience with volume work?Be sales focussed and results orientated?Full Clean UK driving licence?If your answers are YES… then you may be the person, we have been looking for!What will you be doing?Ensure Centre targets set are achievedTranslate overall sales targets into departmental targets and, with first line management, Set challenging but achievable goalsEnsure the team is motivated, recognised and incentivisedCreate Personal Development Plans, monitor progress and provide developmental or corrective support where requiredCreate a Development Plan for your centre and put a succession plan in placeCreate and maintain a customer centric culture in the businessMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction via the teamCreate and lead the sales strategy to increase sales revenuesWith the team devise and implement sales plansRegularly monitor business performance.
