Parts Sales Representative – Newton Abbot
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Sales Representative at our site in Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.

What you’ll do:

· Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory, including cold calling.
· Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
· Report customer feedback to help generate ideas about new sales and marketing plans.
· Carry out marketing/sales campaigns as requested.
· Liaise with manufacturer (DAF) on competitive information/product pricing
· Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
· Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
· Report and provide feedback to management team.
· Encourage maximum profit opportunities.
· To represent the company in a presentable and polite manor
· Attend meetings/training as required.

What we need:

· Must have previous experience with commercial vehicle parts
· Previous experience within the motor trade is highly desirable
· Previous sales experience required
· Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
· Excellent relationship building with clients
· Is highly organised and adaptable
· Team Player
