And with the right support from us, you’ll be able to progress as high as you can aim.Enjoy 33 days (pro-rata) of annual leave (including bank holidays) to rest and rechargeSave money every day with our exclusive retail discountsDrive a great deal with discounts on new and used cars, plus servicing offersPlan for the years ahead with our company pension schemeBalance home and work with our industry-leading family-friendly policies designed to help you spend more time with the people that matterCommute for less with our cycle-to-work schemePrioritise your wellbeing with dedicated support for you and your family24/7 access to healthcare professionals, ensuring you get the expert advice you need quickly and easilyMake a difference with a paid day to volunteer in your communityInvest in your future with our company share purchase planEarn financial rewards when you refer a friend to join the teamKeep learning and growing with our training and development opportunities for everyone.Life assurance with the option to increase coverWe’re open to flexible working options – just askWhat you’ll do day to dayMaintain stock securely and in good conditionAssist the Warehouse Supervisor with regular perpetual stock checks to ensure that the physical stock agrees with the computerised inventoryReport mis-picks to the Warehouse Supervisor and record any discrepanciesEnsure faster moving parts are located in a convenient location to improve picking efficiencyEnsure stock of similar parts are appropriately segregatedCheck all incoming stock deliveries against pack notesAdvise on any discrepancies promptly; marking paperwork accordinglyCheck for damages on incoming parts orders and record any issuesIdentify and place inbound parts into the correct locations (stock items, customer orders etc.)Ensure all parts have a part numberPick customer orders quickly and accurately to make ready for dispatchEnsure the customer order is placed in the correct delivery bayGuard against any unauthorised removal of parts stock out of the buildingEnsure that authorised signatures, receipts or payments are received for all parts issued over the trade (front) counterAdhere to First In, First Out (FIFO)stock control management processesHelpful skills and qualificationsDon’t worry about ticking off every single skill here if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.Excellent communication and organisational skillsA passion for delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customersIT Skills including previous use of web systems, email and Microsoft excelExcellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressurePrevious experience in a target driven roleFull UK driving licenceWe value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
