You’ll combine market insight, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that meet evolving customer needs, support sales transformation, and enable the transition to alternative fuel technologies. In this role you will:Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, optimisation, and phase-outConduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needsDesign and develop innovative finance and insurance productsLead feasibility studies, risk assessments, and profitability analysisManage product launches, including pilots, timelines, budgets, and complianceAnalyse product and sales performance, providing actionable insightsSupport government funding initiatives and zero-emission solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, risk, credit, tech) and external partnersDeliver training and support to enhance sales capability and product adoption About you:Strategic Thinker – Able to translate market insight into commercially viable productsData-Driven – Uses analytics to inform decisions and improve performanceStrong Communicator – regularly communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and via email.Customer focussed – enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional service through pro-active communication.Organised – able to track and progress multiple customer conversations.Self-motivated - the ability to take initiative and be motivated to support the business in the generation of leads.
