About the role
Do you have experience within a busy parts marketing team?Do you have experience of developing pricing strategies across a diverse network?We are recruiting for a Product & Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team on a full time permanent basis.Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.In this role you will:Support the Head of UK Parts in developing and implementing strategies to improve the parts retail penetration with the UKDevelop the pricing strategy within the UK considering the competitive nature of the UK market place and the overall MAN pricing strategy, including campaigns, promotions and new retail incentives.Provide detailed, analytical business reporting on parts performance, network and own branch performance and all associated sales streamsSupport and lead the wider parts team to develop into a high performing teamTo support the Head of UK Parts in the preparation of budgets, plans, forecasts and daily operating reports.Manage the supplier review process and set out appropriate agreements, KPls and SLAs which will drive suppliers to deliver excellent serviceIn order to perform this role effectively, you will have excellent and proven analytical skills with high level of attention to detail and be an excellent communicator.
