Job Description
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stevenage
- Meeting with top management to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
- Manage Projects consisting of new sites, new software, new ventures and business projects
- Developing detailed project plans to staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
- Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out
- Maintain and manage sites and subcontractors, ensuring all subcontractors follow the companies’ procedures and processes
- Excellent leadership communication skills to liaise effectively with all project staff members
- Travel to our national sites to review progress, and meet with subcontractors and staff members involved with projects
- Previous experience in project management
- Strong skills in Planning, Leading and Managing projects
- Fast learner and inquisitive
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adhere to agreed priorities, procedures and processes
- Able to work to challenging deadlines
