Job Description
Job Purpose: The successful candidate will work alongside other members of the after sales team, to provide a first class vehicle handover and vehicle movement service.
As a Demonstration and Delivery driver your role will include the following tasks.
- Delivery of new and used vehicles to Customers and completing the customer hand over procedure in line with company guidelines.
- Demonstrating the functionality of vehicles to customers at handover and demonstration events.
- Vehicle movements as required between EVM and Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, to and from port, MOT centres etc as required by the aftersales team.
- Accompanying the sales team on demonstration routes with vehicles as required.
- Preparing vehicles for handover by valeting and refreshing as required to ensure that vehicles are presented in tip top condition and error free.
- Always present yourself in a professional manner in EVM branded workwear.
- You will be required to stay overnight on occasion as required by the sales and aftersales team.
Assist the Aftersales and sales team with vehicle movements as required from time to time.
Knowledge and Experience required:
· Excellent customer service
· You must ensure you are polite and courteous at all times.
· Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and other company employees.
· Flexible, enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and able to work well under own initiative.
· D licence required.
