This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within our Commercial Sales operation. You will support the full end-to-end sales process and work closely with our New Trucks Sales team. You will also have the chance to take part in industry events, including the RTX Expo and Scotland Truck Fest, giving you a broader view of the commercial vehicle world. Your Apprenticeship ProgrammeAlongside your practical experience, you will complete the SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 5 and potentially Level 6 with our training partner GTG.Course information can be viewed here: SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 5 & 6 This nationally recognised qualification demonstrates that you have the skills and knowledge to work to a professional administrative standard and gives you a strong foundation for long-term career development.Course Entry RequirementsTo be eligible for the programme, you must have:GCSE or National 5 qualifications at grade A to C or Level 5 in English and MathsYou must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the Bellshill siteWho You Are and Who You Will Work WithYou take pride in being organised, you enjoy accuracy and you are motivated to learn and support others. You will also collaborate with suppliers, bodybuilders, the Logistics team, the Regional Business Manager and event teams during RTX Expo and Scotland Truck Fest. This is a hands on role where you will learn how our vehicles are ordered, prepared and delivered while developing strong administration and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will includeProcessing new truck orders and updatesSupporting compliance and service administration for our rental and contract hire fleetUpdating CRM records and preparing reportsCoordinating vehicle movements across our fleetWorking with suppliers and engineers on vehicle preparationAssisting with invoicing and registration tasksKeeping customer and vehicle records accurate and up to dateSupporting demonstrations customer surveys and general sales administrationWhat Is In It For YouYou will be joining a company that invests in its people and supports your growth.
