Are you passionate about sales and looking for an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new team?
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join us at our Ipswich site.
OTE £38K (Uncapped)

Previous sales experience within the motor industry is a great start. We also welcome individuals from a non-sales background who can deliver a fabulous customer experience

WORKING HOURS & SALARY

40-hour week
Sales opening hours between 08:00 – 18:00
Monday to Friday & 09:00 – 14:00 on Saturdays. Saturdays worked on a rota basis averaging 1 in 4.
£23,000 per annum + Commission Expected OTE £38K (Uncapped)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Specialising in van sales, you will form part of our newly formed telesales team that will be responsible for handling all inbound van sales enquiries. You’ll be speaking with customers about their vehicle needs, qualifying and assessing their requirements by walking them through our pre-defined customer journey with the aim of providing their new vehicle.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Engaging with all enquiries with a customer centric approach to deliver complete customer satisfaction and an optimal sales performance.
· Maximising the use of CRM to ensure that customer enquiry status is live, and a complete picture is always available.
· Communicating the features & benefits of vehicles/services to achieve sales targets and maximise sales of downstream revenue products.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders of the van sales process with a particular emphasis on the individuals who will play a crucial role in the handover and delivery of vehicles.Previous sales experience within the motor industry would be advantageous however we also welcome individuals from a non-sales background who can deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
· Accurately complete all relevant paperwork required.

· Ability to demonstrate experiences of achieving targets or KPIs.
· Forward thinking, digital savvy individual with the ability to multitask.
· Passion for customer service and be able to exhibit excellent interpersonal, negotiating, objection handling & influencing skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
· Excellent listening skills, strong organisational skills and be self-motivated.
· Enjoy working as part of a wider team, celebrating success, and learning from disappointments together.
· Ability to handle pressure without it affecting working/customer relationships.
· Be able to demonstrate a professional and credible approach within the organisation.

· To undertake all training as required by Motus Truck and Van and MBUK from time to time.
