Sales Support AdministratorLocation: BasildonHybrid working: Monday and Friday at home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office in Basildon Salary: £28K – £30K per annumDOE Contract: Full timePermanent Hours: 08:30am – 17:30pm Benefits: 25 days plus annual leave plus BHHoliday buy and sell schemeEmployee referral schemePrivate health insurancePension contributionEye test vouchersElectric vehicle salary sacrifice schemeEmployee assistant programmeWe are now recruiting for a Sales Support AdministratorAs our Sales Support Administrator you will assume responsibility for:Support the BLD with reporting and presentationsCross department collaboration to support DSMSLogging Visit reports for all the DSM field team (Light (5), Medium and Heavy (4)Support the Public Sector channel with tender submissions, monitoring, reporting and invoicing.Supporting the Preowned sellout activity.Administration of Government Grant SchemesSupport organisation of monthly team meetingsSupport sales team at events and marketing initiativesTo quickly gain a knowledge of all IVECO systems in particular SAP, EPL, STS, Concur, (New CRM)Support BLD as the role evolves embracing changes and new tasks.Knowledge, Experience and QualificationsSales Experience a BonusAbility to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environmentAbility to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to facePC literate and experience in using various computer-based systemsGreat attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive dataAn excellent working knowledge of ExcelAn excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint/PresentationsAble to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedulesReliable with good time keeping skills.If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, Apply today forwarding an up-to-date copy of your CV along with a covering letter (including salary expectations) in the first instance.No agencies please.
