Sales Support ExecutiveLocation: BasildonHybrid working: Monday and Friday at home and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office in Basildon Salary: £28K – £30K per annum, DOE + Benefits! Contract: Full time, Permanent Hours: 08:30am – 17:30pm Benefits: 25 days plus annual leave plus BHHoliday buy and sell schemeEmployee referral schemePrivate health insurancePension contributionEye test vouchersElectric vehicle salary sacrifice schemeEmployee assistant programmeAs our Sales Support Executive you will assume responsibility for:Process Management for KAM ChannelGenerate VP codes and van numbers to support the KAM Team.Cross department collaboration to support KAMSTo support the Van (3), Truck (3) and Bus (1) Key account managers in their operational activity.Support the KAM team on Deal Pack processLogging Visit reports for all the KAM and Bus field teamProviding logistics updates and transport damage claims for KAM and Bus accountsSupporting Sales team at events and marketing initiativesTo quickly gain a knowledge of all Iveco systems in particular SAP, EPL, STS, Concur, (New CRM)Support KAM as the role evolves embracing changes and new tasks.Knowledge, Experience and QualificationsSales Experience a BonusAbility to demonstrate experience of working within a Customer Service environmentAbility to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone or face to facePC literate and experience in using various computer-based systemsGreat attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive dataAn excellent working knowledge of ExcelAn excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint/PresentationsAble to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedulesReliable with good time keeping skills.If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, Apply today forwarding an up-to-date copy of your CV along with a covering letter (including salary expectations) in the first instance.No agencies please.
