Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Senior Sales Administrator to support our busy team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves being in a busy environment and wants to work in a tight-knit, supportive team.

Based in our head office in Baldonnell, Dublin 22, you will support the Sales Team ensuring operational and administrative processes run smoothly and effectively maintaining our great reputation in the market.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with the team, your duties will include:

  • Managing and processing responses to queries and enquiries from our customers in the Dealer Network throughout Ireland
  • Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system
  • Managing and processing responses to queries on stock and incoming vehicles to be distributed to the dealers directly or to the Regional Sales Managers
  • Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis
  • Working with our CRM System
  • Processing registrations with Revenue and liaising with the NSAI
  • Regular communications with DAF Aftersales Departments and Finance ensuring the process runs effectively
  • Regular input into stocktakes, manufacturer, internal and health and safety audits.
  • Working with the sales team to get tasks completed and ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced customer service / sales administration role for at least 2 years
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills with colleagues and customers
  • Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Knowledge of CRM systems - Kerridge / Keyloop would be an advantage
  • Highly organised - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade will be of benefit
