Job Description
WORKING HOURS: ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN MONDAY – FRIDAY 06:00 – 14:30 | 08:00 – 16:30 | 11:00 – 20:00 AND EVERY 3RD SATURDAY MORNING.
SALARY STARTING FROM £27,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFIT PACKAGE
- Create job cards, checking for existing parts and service WIPs and campaigns
- Clarify for the customer and workshop the basis for repair
- Check account detail and level of credit left, obtain authorisation and obtain order numbers from customers
- Inform customer of outstanding campaigns and arrange for work to be completed
- Ensure all MOT appointments are planned
- Meet and greet all customers on arrival in a professional and friendly manner
- Agree timescales for unscheduled work with customers and follow through to completion
- ABILITY TO BUILD RAPPORT AND POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS – Working with the customer to build professional relationships to ensure all customer requirements are scheduled in a timely manner.
- ABILITY TO PRIORITISE AND MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS AT ONCE – Manage tasks from the customer externally and internally within the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed in the desired time frame.
- FORWARD THINKER, USING OWN INITIATIVE UNDER PRESSURE– Be able to overcome any obstacles that present themselves under pressure whilst ensuring the customer’s needs are still met.
