We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our branch in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.*** EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE ***Salary from £26,000 - £29,500 pa basic plus company bonus*** SHIFTS AVAILABLE ***Week 1: 07.00am – 4.00pmWeek 2: 9.30am – 6.30pm1 in 4 Saturdays: Mornings 8:00am-1:00pm (Included in salary)Company BenefitsFrom day 1 as a Motus Truck & Van colleague, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including:30 days holiday per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) increasing after 5,10 & 15 yearsAuto-enrolment Pension Scheme with employer contributionCareer progression opportunitiesDeath in service benefitQuarterly Awards (Leading Stars)Long Service AwardsRefer a friend introduction feeInternal engagement initiativesEmployee Assistance programmeSalary Finance (Low interest loans & financial advice including savings)Retail discounts saving £££'s at high street stores, health & beauty, going out, travel and much moreWhat you will do· Advising on technical queries or issues· Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out· Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle· Cross selling products and services where applicable· Finalising the invoice on completion of required work· Promptly greet customers in the service department.· Perform a walk-around of customer vehicle to document existing damage, tire condition, and note any opportunities to provide services.· Listen to customer's complaints and description of symptoms; clarify description of problems; check vehicle maintenance records.· Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.· Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers.· Understand the technician's diagnosis and service recommendations.· Explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detailFor this role it is essential you have experience of working within a customer focused role within the Motor industry.
