SERVICE ADVISORWe currently have a vacancy for a Service Advisor at our Leeds depot.As a Service Advisor, we can offer you:A competitive salary (depending on your Service Advisor experience)DAF Academy Service Advisor Training30 days paid holiday (including statutory) rising to 33 (including statutory) with serviceEmployee Of The Month CompetitionCareer progression opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramPensionDeath in service life insurance schemeCycle to work schemeFree ParkingWho are we looking for as a Service Advisor:You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.Knowledge of vehicle repair scheduling preferred but not essential.A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.PC Literate (DMS system experience would be an advantage).Full UK driving licence.The Service Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):Managing service bookings on day-to-day basis, ensuring efficient workshop loading. Complete service estimates accurately, clearly, and quickly. Keep customers up to date with costs, progress and authorisations.
