About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our DAF Service Truck Dealership based in Bathgate.You will be manning the Service Reception desk and duties will include:Greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner both in person and by telephoneAssessing customers’ needs and booking in of trucks for repair or service workPreparation of job cardsCommunication of work to Workshop ControllerCommunicating with the customer at all stages of the repair for authorisation if neededMaintaining company databasesWhat are we looking for?Experience of working within a similar role within the automotive/truck environmentExcellent communication skillsCommercial vehicle technical knowledgePositive can-do attitudeReliabilityPC literateIn return we offer a competitive rate and a Contributory Company PensionTo apply apply please use the link below
