Job Description
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Salary: £23,500 – £26,800 depending on experience
- Raising estimates & liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs
- Creating and invoicing of job cards
- Communicating service and repair updates
- Greeting customers in person, by phone and on email
- Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors
- Maintaining dealer standards at all times
- Ongoing use of manufacturing systems
What we need from you:
- Experience within the motor trade is essential
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Positive, proactive approach
- Vehicle knowledge - desirable but not essential
- Previous experience using ADP - desirable
