Service Advisor – Newton Abbot (Heathfield)Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour unpaid lunchSalary: £23,500 – £26,800 depending on experienceA new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Advisor at our Newton Abbot (Heathfield) site.What you’ll be doing:Raising estimates & liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairsCreating and invoicing of job cardsCommunicating service and repair updatesGreeting customers in person, by phone and on emailCommunicating with workshop manager and supervisorsMaintaining dealer standards at all timesOngoing use of manufacturing systemsWhat we need from you:Experience within the motor trade is essentialStrong administration experienceExcellent customer service skillsOrganised with excellent attention to detailAbility to adapt quicklyPositive, proactive approachVehicle knowledge - desirable but not essentialPrevious experience using ADP - desirableIn return we’ll offer:· 22 days holiday + Bank holidays · Competitive employer pension· Career development opportunities· £2000 Referral bonus for successful introduction of technicians Adams Morey is a part of the Greenhous Group which holds a position as one of the leading independent commercial enterprises in the UK.
