About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful DAF Truck Dealership, as a Service Advisor for our busy Workshop Service Reception.You will be working alongside the current team of Service Advisors and duties will include:Greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner both in person and by telephoneAssessing customers’ needs and booking in of trucks for repair or service workWorkshop loading and preparation of job cardsCommunication of work to Workshop ControllerCommunicating with the customer at all stages of the repair for authorisation if neededMaintaining company databasesInvoicing and general administrative dutiesWhat are we looking for?Experience of working within a similar role within the automotive/truck environment would be an advantageExcellent communication skillsAbility to work well as part of a team Commercial vehicle technical knowledgePositive can-do attitudeReliabilityPC literateWe offer:A competitive salaryCompany Contributory Pension
