Service Centre Coordinator
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience & skill set.
Based in Rugby full-time in the office
Working Hours: 8:00-4:30 PM or 8:30-5:00 PM

- Solve challenges: Manage dealer inquiries, back orders, and transport-related issues, ensuring efficient solutions.
- Order processing: Log, track, and follow up on dealer cases through phone calls and case-handling tools.
- Collaborate: Work with dealerships in the UK & Ireland, and global teams to ensure stock availability and seamless supply chain flow.
- Improve processes: Bring a lean mindset and support digital automation initiatives to improve operations.
- Track performance: Using dashboards and Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to monitor cases, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
