Location: Enfield, GB, EN3 7NJPosition Type: ProfessionalService Contracts Co-ordinator Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1600hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch) Salary up to £30,000 p.a. dependent upon experience We are now seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Contract Coordinator to join our team in Enfield! The Service Contract Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing service contracts for our fleet of Volvo trucks, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution of all service-related activities. Who are youExperience of working within the motor vehicle industry, preferably a background from working within a commercial industry. Warranty and contract scope & procedures.Salesforce ProcessTo have an appreciation of our customers, the environment in which they operate and the direct impact we can have on their business.Match solutions to customer needs.Excellent Administration Skills with attention to detail along with presentation skillsExcellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbally.To be able to work in an organised & methodical manner ensuring that all daily tasks are completed.Enjoy and have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.Negotiation skills – gain agreement on proposed course of action (Win/Win.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareAn understanding of Operators Licence Laws and Regulations We can offer youAlong with many benefits working for Volvo Group!
