Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30
A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Administrator at our site in Basingstoke, Bell Road to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.
· Raising estimates & liaising with customers in regards to authorisation for work to be carried out.
· Raising final cost invoices and Purchase order numbers
· Invoicing of job cards
· Assisting reception when required with customers, arranging bookings and telephone enquiries
· Excellent customer service skills
· Organised and good attention to detail
· Ability to adapt quickly
· Previous experience using invoicing systems
