Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Mercedes Benz Team Leader needed at Motus Truck & Van.
You must have service administration experience and leading a team in the automotive industry!

We're happy to offer this role to be work from home but will be required to work at sites from time to tome supporting teams within warranty concerns and training when needed.
This role is to support the team when they are doing Warranty and Contracts claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.

£38,000 per annum plus Bonus (OTE: Up to £42,000)
Monday to Friday 08:00am - 6:00pm

To have a good awareness of Point of sale within the Kerridge DMS to include the following:
- Checking customer details
- Checking vehicle history in Kerridge & Eva
- Costing & estimating a WIP
- Raising an order number
- Xentry order
- Xentry operation times
- Xentry Damage codes
- Xentry WIS
- Xentry parts information
- Digital job pack Nybble
- Using and understanding the Compass system
- Chasing order numbers, completing the contact sheet.
- Understanding and adhering to Warranty, R&M and Motus timelines and SLA’s.
- Have a good understanding of standard text flat rates.
- Be able to access and use confidently the following systems, EVA, StarHub, Truck Gateway, ,Truckfile, ,Compass,TIPS,VEDOC, Allianz portal, Goodwill processes for Truck and Van, CLB
