Responsibilities:
Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repair.
Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of truck and bus systems to guide the team in diagnosing and solving complex technical issues.
Performance Management: Monitor and improve team efficiency, track key performance indicators, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Training and Development: Foster a culture of learning and development within the team, ensuring that technicians stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams to optimize workflow and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in truck and bus maintenance, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems.
Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Continuous Learner: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
